Link indexing is the inclusion of your link into Google’s database to provide more power from the links that you have or are building.
If your backlinks aren’t being indexed, it’s likely that your search rankings will never be as high as you want it to be no matter how well made your content turns out to be.

How does it Work?
The link indexing works on a customer credit system. A number of credits will purchased and added to your account with each URL submitted for indexing costing 1 credit.
This service is not a guarantee that every URL submitted will be included in Google’s public index but we are getting index rates of 50% on average – higher than other services offered elsewhere.
